Terms and Conditions

Giveaway Terms and Conditions:

  1. Eligibility: The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Moonstone Meadows Publishing are not eligible to participate.

  2. Entry Period: The giveaway begins on September 6th at Noon MST and ends on October 31, 2023 at Midnight. Entries submitted after the end of the entry period will not be considered.

  3. How to Enter: To enter the giveaway, participants must complete the above entry form. All required fields must be filled out accurately. Only one entry per person is allowed.

  4. Winner Selection: Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the entry period. The drawing will take place on October 31st at midnight MST.

  5. Notification: The Winner will be notified via email or phone provided in the entry form. If a winner does not respond within three days of the initial notification, another winner will be selected.

  6. Prizes: The grand prize includes one (1) Lightseekers Journal and a selection of additional goodies. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other items.

  7. Publicity: By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to Moonstone Meadow's use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.

  8. Data Privacy: Personal information collected for this giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of conducting the giveaway and will not be shared with third parties.

  9. Legal Restrictions: This giveaway is void where prohibited by law.

  10. Agreement to Rules: By entering this giveaway, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions, as well as any decisions made by Moonstone Meadows Publishing in connection with the giveaway.
